Churned in the heart of County Down, this butter is made with care and love to ensure they make the best. They slow churn their butters in small batches giving them their distinct colour and flavour.
The garlic is fermented for two weeks to caramelise it and then is added to their rich creamy butter, giving a subtle sweetness. It’s great on everything!
